“It is so important and vital that we are able to be aware of, acknowledge and identify when we are not feeling our best mentally. What triggers us and what choices we can make to feel better, at times we feel alone but so many others are experiencing similar situations. RWP has allowed to be more mindful of my situations in life and realise it’s okay not to be okay. To experience a sense of belonging to a brotherhood and community which all share a common goal of breaking the stigma against mental health in men. Together we can make difference for ourselves and so many others.”
